    The Role

    Are you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment? As an Operations Analyst, you will support the senior operations team and contribute to investor relations and reporting efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and make a tangible impact on the firm's success and that of their portfolio companies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and distribute marketing materials for investors
    • Respond to investor inquiries, due diligence, and data requests
    • Support quarterly and annual investor reporting
    • Coordinate data sharing among our investment, finance, and decarbonization teams
    • Provide analytical and administrative support as needed
    • Take on additional tasks as assigned

    What We're Looking For

    • 1 to 3 years of experience at an investment manager, investment bank, accounting firm, or consulting firm
    • Undergraduate degree from a competitive institution
    • Accounting experience is a plus

    Must-Have Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
    • Willingness to work in-office 5 days a week
