- Manage crude oil volumes in a specific region using LPS and Endur
- Ensure accurate volume booking and prevent profit losses
- Reconcile inventory balances with third-party statements
- Investigate and resolve product loss issues
- Respond to analysis requests from stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to resolve settlement issues
- Maintain and enhance team reports and tools (VBA, QlikView, Salesforce)
- Meet financial and system deadlines

- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of work experience

Description
What is the role
The Operations Volume Analyst oversees the financial recording and tracking of crude oil movement from its source to destination. The team ensures accurate and timely entry of each movement into our systems. Responsibilities include resolving volumetric discrepancies, managing crude inventories, preventing profit leakage, and providing comprehensive reporting and analysis on crude oil movement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams like Scheduling and Ops Support is vital. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Operations Volume Analyst is tasked with 'owning the molecule' end to end.
What we need from you
The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000 per year and will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and skills.
