- Develops project proposals that effectively communicate the content and context of operations solutions to the client and internal marketing group
- Prepares presentations for senior management regarding the recommendations of various projects.
- Interfaces with applicable internal (company) and external (client) departments to gather information and provide input on all matters affecting the measurement of operations performance.
- Creates monthly carrier performance reports.
- Evaluates and identify potential opportunities for improvements, including analyzing carrier client satisfaction, and ensure excellent service execution.
- Utilize historical and market data to find trends and forecasts.
- Develop pricing and costs models with visibility to risks and rewards of scenarios to drive strategic decisions in the tender process.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- Minimum 1 year industry experience preferred.
