- Follow Volunteers of America and Program/Facility Policy and Procedures.
- Collaborate effectively as part of the Behavioral Health Team.
- Promote professionalism within the organization and the community.
- Communicate proficiently with team members and Program Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with House Rules, Program Policies, and Safety Program requirements.
- Record statistical data accurately and conduct residential meetings.
- Handle various office tasks including cleaning and data entry.
- Answer and document incoming calls while maintaining confidentiality.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Social Science, Psychology, or equivalent college coursework.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and file management skills.
- Interpersonal skills to engage with staff, public, and participants.
- First Aid/CPR certifications, Food Handler's card, and valid California Driver's license.
