Radial, Inc. seeks Technical Product Manager in King of Prussia, PA.Job Duties :
Act as the subject matter expert for LMS and Workforce Management Systems space on assigned products. Own the overall product strategy and roadmap, identifying Radial and market requirements. Work with supply chain execution solutions such as warehouse management and transportation management. Lead the roadmap and prioritize features based on market and customer research, engineering capacity and expected customer value. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product. Understand financial goals to be able to set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals. Leverage and conduct market and user research. Craft business cases to support execution of the product strategy. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships. Support execution of a go-to-market launch plan including messaging and sales training. Drive creative resolution of escalated project issues with optimal business outcome across multiple internal and external stakeholders. Telecommuting Permitted

Minimum Requirements :
Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a closely related quantitative field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position.
Special Skills :
Warehouse management and labor management practices and systems;
software communications and integrations;
predictive analytics and capacity forecasting;
Advanced SQL/ETL processes, and data analytics products;
market research and relevant tools for product research and comparison;
financial analysis, cost, and revenue projections, with the ability to prepare a business case; and
supply chain execution systems, including Warehouse Execution Systems and transportation management systems.
