    Senior HR Generalist - Career/Talent Management

As we expand our team, we seek a Senior HR Generalist who is passionate about talent development and career management to join our dedicated Human Resources department.

    Position Overview: In this role, you will not only handle day-to-day HR administrative responsibilities but also lead our talent and career management initiatives. As a seasoned Senior HR Generalist, you will be instrumental in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
      • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    1. Career Development and Succession Planning:
      • Design and implement career development programs to enhance employee skills and promote internal mobility.
      • Partner with department heads to identify high-potential employees and create robust succession plans.
    1. Performance Management:
      • Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
      • Conduct regular talent reviews, identifying opportunities for performance enhancement and professional growth.
    1. Employee Engagement:
      • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and overall satisfaction.
      • Regularly conduct surveys and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement in HR programs.
    1. Learning and Development:
      • Collaborate with training specialists to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
      • Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
    Position Requirements

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on talent and career management.
    • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends in talent management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Paychex HR platform experience a plus
