We are growing and are looking for you to join our team at our location in
Mannheim as
HR Generalist (m/f/d), starting immediately, on a permanent, full-time basis.

You are passionate about these tasks:_

  • Operational support and advice for employees and managers on all personnel, labor and social security law issues
  • Further development and participation in HR processes and projects
  • Ensuring highquality and timely reporting for various interfaces within the company (e.g. sustainability reporting, support for HR forecasts, headcount and FTE, reporting to authorities, preparation of booking lists, etc.)
  • Processing adhoc requests from management and MVV

You convince us with:_

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and/or further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in personnel management, including topics such as labor law, reporting and payroll
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Organizational skills, good time management and high level of commitment
  • Service orientation and quality standards
