Job Duties


Virginia's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is looking for service-oriented professionals to work as Customer Service Generalists at the Gloucester Customer Service Center.

If you possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn, and want a career with growth opportunities, we would like to talk with you.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Job Requirements:
  • Customer service experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience using a personal computer or other automated systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team or group environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, problem solving and multitasking skills.
  • Must have attention to detail, accuracy, and complete assignments on time.
  • Flexibility to work M-F and Saturday.
  • Can lift pounds.
