- Drive product development program schedules for interconnected programs involving cross functional activities
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and milestones
- Manage stakeholders to deliver programs with set deliverables and timelines
- Identify and resolve roadblocks for program completion
- Utilize business systems to regularly communicate status, risks, and milestones
- Two years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Engineering Manager
- Basic understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical team members
- Desire to make decisions based on inputs and expertise from cross-functional teams.
- Technical background for mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Expertise in Jira and Confluence with ability to learn new software/tools with minimal supervision
- Strong interest in renewable energy and green technology
