For our location in Aschau, we are currently seeking a full-time or part-time employee for the position of Patient Management in the Orthopedic Children's Clinic (m/f/d).

  • You will be the main point of contact for patients, family members, and referring parties, representing our clinic externally.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and aligning interdisciplinary occupancy and surgery planning.
  • Your tasks will also include inpatient admission and communication and coordination with international patients.
  • You will work closely and trustingly with medical and nursing colleagues.

  • You have completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant or in a commercial field and have previous experience in patient management in a clinic.
  • You are interested in further strengthening our high level of service towards patients, visitors, and employees through your excellent communication skills and manners.
  • You are characterized by your organizational talent, assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and commitment.
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English.
  • You have good computer skills and ideally knowledge of ORBIS.
