    VP Customer Success - Dallas, United States - Ryan, LLC

    Description


    As the Vice President of Customer Success, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers realize exceptional value and experience throughout their entire engagement with You will be an integral part of the sales and executive leadership team by providing continuous mentorship to your Customer Success team, partnership with Support and Product teams and guidance to our Executive team in the effort to exceed our goals.

    Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan's Key Results


    People:
    Lead a high-performing Customer Success team by recruiting experienced leaders and team members.
    Foster collaboration within the team and across the customer lifecycle.
    Promote continuous learning and development among team members.
    Define key operational metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Customer Success team.

    Client:
    Develop a Customer Success program as a competitive differentiator.
    Increase renewal rates, reduce churn, expand client revenue, and ensure client advocacy.
    Optimize the Customer Lifecycle by mapping out the ideal customer journey.
    Establish listening points, standardize interventions, and segment the customer base.
    Enhance the Customer Success team's effectiveness through technology and support systems.

    Value:
    Inspire Customer Success across the company by aligning marketing efforts with existing clients.
    Collaborate with internal Sales teams to cross-sell and up-sell with a focus on retention.
    Coordinate with internal Finance teams for measurement and forecasting efforts.
    Align with the executive team on key metrics and business objectives.
    Define the ideal customer company-wide and foster a customer feedback loop.

    Education and Experience:

    8+ years' experience, with 3+ years of Sr Leadership
    Familiarity with multi-product offerings
    Have scaled customer facing Customer Success teams to 10+
    Metrics-oriented with strong business acumen of customer journey (NRR, GRR, NPS)
    Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
    Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Relevant Bachelor's degree

    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    This position requires supervisory responsibilities of the Customer Success Team

    Work Environment:
    Standard indoor working environment.
    Long periods of time sitting while working at a computer.
    Regular contact with co-workers via online tools or in person.
    Remote work allowed.

    Compensation:
    For certain California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $182,000 - $270,600
    For other California based locations, the base salary hiring range for this position is $182,000 - $270,600
    For Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $182,000 - $270,600
    For New York based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $182,000 - $270,600
    For Washington based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $182,000 - $270,600
