    Description

    Job Opportunity: Experienced Branch Manager

    The Branch Manager role is a key position overseeing various aspects of branch operations. You'll be in charge of sales, customer service, staffing, and financial performance. Your main goal will be to motivate your team to reach sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Besides that, you'll also play a crucial role in crafting business strategies and nurturing positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

    Job Details:

    • Job Title: Branch Manager
    • Location: Tacoma, Washington
    • Compensation: $70k - $90k annually + Quarterly Bonus + $5,700/year auto allowance

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet branch sales targets.
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to build a high-performing team.
    • Manage branch budget and expenses to achieve profitability goals.
    • Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance with policies.
    • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with customers and partners.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
    • Prior experience in sales management and branch operations.
    • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Knowledge of financial management principles.
    • Adaptability to market changes and industry trends.
    • Background in banking or financial services is a plus.
