    Summary :


    The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, staffing, and financial performance.

    This role involves leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Additionally, the Branch Manager plays a key role in developing business strategies and fostering positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

    $70k - 90k + Quarterly Bonus + $5,700/yr auto allowance


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets. Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth. Provide guidance and support to sales team members to maximize sales effectiveness.
    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues promptly. Foster positive relationships with customers and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    Recruit, hire, train, and mentor branch staff to ensure a high-performing team. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to develop employees' skills and capabilities. Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.
    Manage branch budget and expenses to achieve profitability goals. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures as needed. Prepare and analyze financial reports to track branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
    Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Implement operational efficiencies to streamline processes and improve productivity.
    Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers and business partners. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive business growth.

    Qualifications :
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
    Proven experience in sales management and branch operations.
    Strong leadership and team-building skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    Knowledge of sales management principles and practices.
    Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
    Experience in trucking, transportation, or moving and storage industry preferred.
