- Role Model and coach for clients regarding developing and using effective problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolutions, independent living skills, and responsibilities.
- Learn the skills and needs of clients to assist clients in implementing goals and objectives in their employment setting.
- Provide training, demonstration, and observation both individually and in group sessions about identified areas.
- Teaches and guides clients in achieving hopes, dreams, goals, and objectives through self-direction, decision-making, and goal-setting.
- Documentation: Monitors and documents client behaviors in the workplace.
- Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid WI driver's license, and ability to meet agency driving standards. Must provide proof of auto insurance.
- Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Check including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
- Must have a reliable phone with voicemail.
- Must have email access.
