    Job DescriptionMedical Coder

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Coder for our healthcare client located in Central Phoenix. This role will be onsite during training and then has the potential to transition into a remote role. This will be a contract opportunity for our client and will focused on coding claims accurately and supporting the revenue cycle department correcting any coding errors and suggesting best codes to utilize throughout the billing process.

    Requirements
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Must be CPC Certified
    • Minimum 5 years of medical coding experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR Systems
    Skills
    • Ability to work productively in an independent work environment with little help and prioritize throughout the day
    • Able to make best judgement calls in deadline situations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to meet productivity metrics that are given by management
    • Behavioral health experience strongly desired, not required
    Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
