    Paid Digital Marketing Specialist - Full-time

    BELAY is a growing and vibrant, Atlanta, GA-based company that offers virtual staffing solutions in the areas of Virtual Assistants, Virtual Bookkeepers, Website Specialists, and Social Media Managers.     Job purpose

    The focus of this role is to be responsible for marketing efforts for BELAY's paid channel lead generation and market momentum. This person will be a member of a top-notch, in-house marketing team that moves fast, thinks smart, works hard, learns & leverages new methods. We need you to crush deadlines, and get a ton of marketing magic done in the blink of an eye. Leveraging real-world experience and continued education around the most effective paid media strategies and channels, this role's goal is to advance BELAY's market share in the flexible staffing solutions industry, grow the business by increasing quality contacts and leads, stay ahead of the competition creatively, and ultimately create successful BELAY clients.

    The position will collaborate closely with the marketing team, and oversee the paid channel vendors to ensure successful campaigns and continued revisions and optimizations to increase results. This role will develop to be the expert on our paid channels with a deep understanding of how our prospects interact and engage with our paid media. Taking that expertise and partnering with service line product owners, you will ensure that the marketing plans of individual service lines are fully integrated into our paid strategy while maximizing efficiency and effectiveness ultimately leading to an increase in new revenue.

    As a member of the BELAY Corporate Team, you are expected to participate in phone calls and meetings (virtual and onsite), while serving as an example of the company's mission: BELAY exists to glorify God by providing solutions that equip our clients with the confidence to climb higher.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Cultivate a deep understanding of the customer journey for our service lines from our current paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and look for new opportunities.
    • Design and implement paid strategies for the channels that put us in front of prospects and move them through the customer journey to drive awareness, consideration and conversion to grow revenue.
    • Manage the vendors/contractors that support our paid efforts collaborating with them for strategy and holding them accountable for results. (Included but not limited to LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Google, and other paid media vendors)
    • Responsible for pulling and analyzing monthly advertising reports, utilizing whatever tools necessary to build and develop insights based on the data, and making recommendations based on the data.
    • Continue your own professional development by prioritizing learning and staying on top of the changes in paid channels as well as possible new channels for BELAY.
    • Collaborate with members of the revenue team (Business Development, Sales, and Marketing) to develop strategies, documentation, processes, and optimizations that sync with BELAY's service line and industry-specific marketing approach and goals.
    • Support the Growth Marketing Manager on all company initiatives. Proactively meet team needs, strive for excellence, and do so with a collaborative lens, a ton of grace, and zero ego.
    • Partner with the BELAY Marketing Team to maintain consistent branding across all channels, initiatives, and campaigns.
    • Leverage Salesforce and Hubspot as the backbone of all marketing efforts.
    • Research as needed to assist with marketing initiatives.
    • Manage assigned projects to successful completion as needed.

    Qualifications

    This person is a technology maven - with an intense desire (and ability) to learn new software tools and think outside the box to be ahead of the industry curve. The Marketing Specialist must have a strong ability to work multiple initiatives at once, prioritize and validate ideas, while meeting critical deadlines.

    • 2+ years experience managing paid marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn or others) and working with outside vendors.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Must be driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy.
    • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action-orientation are essential for this role.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Team player who is willing and able to "roll-up the shirt sleeves" to get a project done when needed.
    • A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely.

    Working conditions

    BELAY Corporate, as a virtual company, offers you the ability to work from home full-time. As such, a dedicated

    and secure workspace, free of distractions is required. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday. Some roles will require travel.
