Job Opportunity at IBC Coatings Technologies & IBC Materials & Technologies

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team at IBC, a company specializing in Advanced Surface Treatments, Coatings, Aerospace Manufacturing, and Research & Development for DoD applications. Responsibilities:

Performing general accounts analysis and reconciliations
Preparing ledger entries and reconciling accounts
Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable subsidiary ledgers
Processing invoices, expense coding, and accurately entering AP invoices
Researching and resolving discrepancies in expenses
Producing check runs and reconciling vendor statements
Coordinating with senior accountants and controllers
Monitoring AR Aging report and providing purchasing backup support
Responding promptly to email and voicemail correspondence

Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen/Green Card holder
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
1-4 years of related experience preferred
Manufacturing experience in cost accounting desirable
Experience using QuickBooks essential
Excellent attention to detail and analytical approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Intermediate Excel skills
Proficiency in math and English communication
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Background check and drug test required for employment
