    Description
    • Understand, gather & review specific product requirements with Design Engineering support. Ensure accuracy of design specification by engaging with customer prior to inquiry submittal.
    • Provide customer with company resources to capture design criteria and assist customer with design requirements by utilizing available tools.
    • Work directly with Product Management to provide customer with solution for application. Recognize manufacturing restrictions and risks to limit unfavorable customer experience.
    • Understand basic technical applications, capabilities including topologies and competitive advantages of our custom product line.
    • Explore, develop, maximize sales opportunities within assigned product lines through successful partnership with sales counterpart. Actively inform, collaborate, communicate difficult information as well as seek feedback from internal and external departments to optimize company's position and design wins. Track performance of custom magnetics through testing progression at customer or assigned agency.
    • Use applied learning and experience to identify potential issues and resolve with win-win solution.
    • Act as a conduit between the customer and internal departments by communicating customer approval, forecast information, urgency, end of life progression and new design opportunities. Takes responsibility for team participation at customer and provide difficult feedback when required. Promotes company over personal opinion and addresses change process.
    • Work with Operations team to update and maintain company operating system and ensure high-level of accuracy of required fields.
    • Prioritize and communicate customer requests and department tasks while being accountable for deadlines. Supports companywide projects outside of normal day to day functions.
    • Help develop and implement new processes and procedures within department and company to align with milestones. Possess vast knowledge of project management to assist ent trainings and customer review. Researches and provides feedback to department and manager on assigned topics and tasks. Open to change and flexible to take opportunities to next level in the pursuit of excellence.
    • Work in a team environment, support, take responsibility to actively resolve conflict and drive department cohesion.
    • Lead by example and demonstrate company culture.
