    THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
    Responsible for all plant(s) production, maintenance and overall operations, while supervising individual Plant Managers and Project Managers.
    Ensure all operations SOPs, policies and procedures and applicable regulations are applied and maintained in a consistent manner.
    Direct the research and development work that is done internally in all facets of the operations.
    Ensure downtime is kept at a minimum through effective planning, effective supervision and bet use of manpower.
    Supervise EHS operations to ensure all safety programs and rule and regulations are being enforced.
    Work with all plants and arms of the operation to over see budget preparation and implement cost control measures.
    Focus on continuous improvement is all aspects of the operation.


    BACKGROUND PROFILE:
    BS in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field. Graduate degree preferred.
    5+ years experience in a

    supervisory/management

    role within a processing plant environment with an emphasis on process improvement capacity.
    Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
    Excellent leadership skills.
    Team player.
    Effectively manage projects and balance multiple priorities in a fast paced

    manufacturing/chemical

    processing environment .
