Personal Controller (m/f/d)

What you'll be doing with us:

Ensuring and developing reliable personnel controlling, including monthly reporting and forecasts
Creating, monitoring, and analyzing annual personnel cost planning, including monthly forecasts, and supporting annual personnel planning
Preparing personnel data for managers, management, and the shareholder
Administrative support and maintenance of organizational management via SuccessFactors
Participation in the annual financial statements
Supporting projects of the HR department (e.g. further development of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors)
