The Zuse Institute Berlin (ZIB) is an interdisciplinary research institute for applied mathematics and data-intensive high-performance computing (HPC). Our research focuses on modeling, simulation, and optimization in collaboration with scientific partners from academia and industry. Our main goal is to provide research infrastructure for virtualization, HPC, storage, webservices, data networks, and more.
