    As the Senior Account Manager, you may look forward to:
    Assisting producer and marketing as needed in writing new and renewal accountsVerifying that all policies are bound with insurance companies in writing prior to or on the effective date of the policyBilling or binder billing all policies and renewals prior to or on the effective date of the policyChecking new business and renewal policies against applications and bindersKeeping client and policy information in vision up to date according to office proceduresContacting insured as needed for collecting outstanding balances according to office proceduresWorking with customer service representative to ensure that all endorsements, audits, cancellations, claims, finance agreements, certificates and other customer requests are handled in an accurate and timely manner according to the office proceduresKeeping P & C license active and increasing insurance knowledge by attending continuing education classesAttending in office meetings as necessaryHandling other duties as assignedObeying all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

    You are a person that (minimum requirements):

    Has a current P&C licenseHas a minimum of 5 years commercial lines customer service representative experienceHas excellent customer service skillsHas strong telephone skillsIs dependable and punctualHas strong word processing skillsHas prior experience working with insurance softwareYou will be better prepared if you have (desired skills):Experience on Applied softwareCIC, ACSR or CISR designationPrior experience or training in Excel#LI-BW1#insuranceEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
