- Leads the quarterly earnings process in conjunction with our partners in Corporate Finance
- Responsible for partnering with Corporate on the presentation of financial results to internal and external parties (analysts, Board of Directors, Rating Agencies, etc.)

- Directs the financial analysis needed to support the annual strategic planning process for the Retirement Plan Services business unit, including creation of cost benefit analysis for proposed strategic projects.
- Directs the annual planning process specifically the Sales and Financial planning process.
- Directs the development of long-term modeling to support the understanding of risks and opportunities within the business.
- Partners with others across the business including pricing and valuation to direct the gathering of data and subsequent analysis needed to support our assumptions.

- Anticipates and proactively provides solutions to complex finance and/or financial analysis problems.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities to make the complex financial analysis processes more efficient and achieve balance of timeliness and precision.

- 7+ Years' experience in financial analysis, including 3+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience.
- Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed, and logical discussions/presentations.
- Apply concepts such as probability, statistics, modeling, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
