    Front Office Manager Position at Hilton San Francisco Union Square

    Are you ready to lead the Front Office team at one of the tallest and most innovative 3-tower hotels in San Francisco? Hilton San Francisco Union Square with its 1,921 rooms, 134,500 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets is seeking a Front Office Manager to join their team.

    The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Hotel Management experience, with a preference for Hilton brand and union management experience.

    What will you be doing as a Front Office Manager?

    • Manage all Front Office operations ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability
    • Monitor and develop team member performance, address service and satisfaction trends, and ensure compliance with company standards
    • Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
    • Implement up-selling techniques and ensure team members are well-informed about hotel offerings and the local area
    • Recruit, interview, and train team members

    Salary Range: $80,000 to $85,000
