    Description

    Pridestaff Financial is looking for an experienced Controller that can bring their experience and knowledge to a great company close to the Fort Lauderdale area Are you good at analyzing, developing, and implementing to make sure a company is in good financial standing? The ideal candidate can work with little to no direction and can prioritize day to day requirements and goals set by senior management.If you meet the requirements listed below, please apply today

    Essential Functions:

    • Manage all aspects of accounting; billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, auditing, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and various special analysis
    • Run reports for payroll; 401k and benefits
    • Create structure within department and company
    • Develop KPI's and metrics for executives and lead projects
    • Primary contact for banking and CPA firm
    • Ensure that all processes are in place to ensure company's financial transactions are accurate, complete and reported into system in a timely manner
    • Oversee monthly, quarterly and yearly closings of company's financial records
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university.
    • 10-15 years of experience in this role
    • Experience working in distribution, manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
    • Longevity in accounting, finance, budgeting and managing.
    • Experienced using NetSuite, Oracle and ADP
    • Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Reliable and have a flexible schedule
    • Be adaptable
    Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen.
