- Internal and external financial reporting
- Technical accounting resource and GAAP compliance
- Development and maintenance of MRP system from an Accounting standpoint
- Coordinating preparation and review of tax returns and filings
- Managing accounting staff
- Relationship with audit and tax firms
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelors degree required/ MBA/CPA is preferred
- External financial reporting experience required
- Experience in public accounting or working with a private equity owned business a PLUS
- Cost Accounting/Manufacturing experience
