CHS, Inc. has an exciting opportunity as an Outside Sales Representative for our Energy business. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling energy products, maintaining distribution & logistic and performing customer service.Ideal candidate is located in the Sibley, IA area, working remotely out of your home office to support customers in the region.
Partner with customers to achieve retail sales goals and execute sales.Utilize fundamental sales principles and practices, as well as acquiring product, customer, industry, and company infrastructure knowledge applicable to improving sales, marketing and consulting skills.
Act on opportunities or pass them on to more experienced staff members and shadow the process.Call on current and prospective customers, focusing on representing the assigned co-op, building relationships and promoting CHS products.
Obtain information on market and industry trends, competitors and sales programs.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
Training will be provided for this position to include:
product training, computer training on CRM Software, and CHS Sales Training National Sales Certification available.
Knowledge of Sales, Business Development, and/or Sales Business Operations
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Proficient in MS
Office Suite:
Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
