From day one, you will be fully integrated into your department and after thorough training, you will take on responsibility for customers, creating and following up on offers, as well as handling the entire administrative process of order transactions.

Of course, theoretical knowledge is also an important part of the program.

Through our partnership with the Academy of Commerce, you can apply your practical experience to the learning content and also directly apply new theoretical knowledge to your daily sales work.

After completing the Trainee Program (m/f/d), you will receive a certificate and be well-equipped for the diverse world of sales.

Within 12 months, you will gain intensive knowledge of the processes in various sales departments at our headquarters in Munich.

Thorough training in the merchandise management system and sales processes in practice by colleagues and trainers in the teams.

You will also learn essential sales skills through theoretical training sessions with our training partner.
