    The Wholesale Planner will support the Senior Manager of Strategic Planning in merchandise planning and inventory management functions. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the intimate apparel industry, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute merchandise plans that align with the company's financial goals and objectives
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer demand and market trends, and adjust merchandise plans accordingly
    • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with production and sourcing teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and in the right quantities
    • Conduct analysis of sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product growth and improve forecasting accuracy
    • Develop pricing strategies that are competitive and aligned with the company's financial goals
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and minimize inventory risks
    • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for improvement

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience in merchandise planning and inventory management, preferably in the wholesale apparel industry
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights
    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot table, v-lookups, macros)
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
    • Proven ability to develop and execute merchandise plans that drive business growth and profitability
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects
    • Background in lingerie/intimates is a plus
