    Stretch Zone Is the world's leading source and educator for today's advanced practitioner-assisted stretching, Built to provide performance enhancement modalities for everyone. Stretch Zone Method is a proven course of innovative stretching techniques.

    Job summary: The Studio manager is directly responsible for maintaining and improving the flexibility of all our customers through the Stretch Zone Method. The managers role is to service the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective assisted stretching techniques and creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment. If selected you will be provided extensive training where you will learn about our stretch modalities. While our main goal as practitioners is to ensure the flexibility of our clients, we strive to provide a clean and friendly atmosphere for all our clients to give them a fantastic experience each and every visit.

    • Stretch Zone uses a patented strap system and proprietary tables to stabilize muscles, our certified stretch practitioners deliver a life-changing stretch experience.

    Responsibilities of a General Manager:
    • Supervises staff and sets the tone in each of our high-energy studio locations.
    • Responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio.
    • Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents them with a program suitable and tailored for them.
    • Orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service, achievement of employees, and performance relative to location goals and objectives.
    • Executes implementation strategies and ongoing management of company standards for key operational activities, programs, and goals throughout the studio.
    • Regularly communicates with the regional manager and corporate managers.
    • Provides leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports.
    • Directly responsible for managing all employees of the store.
