As a Lead Architectural Associate at JammonStudios, you will be an integral part of the firm's BIM driven Design and Construction Documentation practice.
How you will make an impact:
- You will support a Project Architect on multiple projects
- You will play a role in creating opportunities for a growing architectural practice
- You will meet challenging but reasonable project deadlines
- You will work on multiple scales ranging from Site Plans to detailed drawings.
- You will leverage Revit and immersive rendering software for a variety of deliverables
How you will be successful:
- Proactively collaborate and communicate with team members including clients, designers, engineers, general contractors and city officials
- Produce and manage Building Information Models in Revit throughout multiple design phases
- Actively learn jurisdictional requirements, building codes and guidelines to educate and assist the team
- Analyze and solve technical Revit based modelling challenges and conditions
- Enjoy contributing to a small size studio environment
What we're looking for:
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 35 years' experience in architectural design and drafting
- Fluency in Revit and BIM360
- An effective and creative problem solver
- Flexibility to shift priorities per the overall team's project needs
- Rigor to follow applicable guidelines for project standards
- Discipline to adhere and work toward time sensitive project deadlines and milestones
- The skillset to convert limited direction from a Project Architect and translate it into BIM
- Detailoriented, responsible, highly organized, and selfdirected
Pay:
$75, $85,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Revit: 1 year (preferred)
