POSITION OVERVIEW
The Studio Coordinator will report directly to Iconic's Director of Operations. This position will effectively provide studio support to all Department leaders and their teams. The main focus of this role is to ensure that all team members and guests are provided an ICONIC experience We are seeking someone who has a Positive, Can-Do Attitude, Asks Questions, and most importantly, is a Team Collaborator
RESPONSIBILITIES
Studio Coordination and Hospitality
- Manage the reception area by answering phones and greeting clients, studio guests, and industry partners with respect and professionalism.
- Provide a welcoming and elite experience for all client and partnership meetings, ensuring exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Offering coffee or tea to guests and ensuring Miele is always filled and ready to brew.
- Updating the Letter Board when Clients/Partners arrive or for any internal birthdays and anniversaries.
- Show overall care for the entire team, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Uphold cleanliness and ensure adherence to OSHA Safety Requirements in all office spaces, including routine cleanings for equipment like coffee machines.
- Order, pick up, and stock weekly team lunches, kitchen snacks, and supplies
- Assist Operations Coordinator in managing department calendars and confirm meetings with vendors and clients.
- Prepare meeting rooms for various types of meetings, ensuring the team is wellinformed about meeting details, locations, updates, and time constraints.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, partners, and vendors.
- Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and tools for calendar management, communication, and reporting.
- Problemsolving orientation and proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with event planning, hospitality, and administrative support.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination role is preferred.
