Hello, my name is Caroline. I am from Chicago, Illinois studying marketing at Arizona State University. I hold valuable leadership and communication skills, which have helped me become the Vice President of the Women's Club Soccer team, a W.P. Carey Facilitator, and an Honor Role Student. • I did a summer internship at College Works Painting as the crew chief. I got to painting sites early in the morning and ensured my crew stayed on task. This involved moving supplies to different sites in my car, leadership responsibilities, and talking to clients. I learned the importance of time management because if a project wasn’t finished on time, we had to stay until it was completed.

I plan to help with activities throughout the year to get the girls to know each other better and create an environment where we all have fun but are competitive on the field. I am so excited to continue in this position. As a facilitator, I lead a small class of 20 freshmen and help them navigate Arizona State University.
