Key Responsibilities:

High-End Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to a luxury market, focusing on exclusivity and personalized service.

Premium Client Acquisition and Retention:Identify and attract high-net-worth individuals through targeted marketing and networking. Maintain high retention rate through personalized client engagement and impeccable service.

Partnerships and Collaborations:Establish and maintain partnerships with other luxury brands and services to enhance client benefits and studio offerings.

Team Leadership and Training:Lead and develop a sales team that is knowledgeable in luxury sales tactics and client handling. Provide training on understanding the needs and expectations of affluent clients. Utilize training video portal and role play with one another to gain confidence.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:Regularly analyze sales performance and KPI's to understand expectations and metrics.

Event Management:Organize and oversee events for clients to enhance community building and client loyalty.

Operational Excellence:Collaborate with the studio owner to ensure that operational practices meet the high standards expected by luxury clients.


Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Customeroriented approach with a commitment to achieving excellent service standards.

Educational Requirement's:

• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• Certifications in sales can be an advantage

This role is crucial for the growth and profitability of the studio, requiring a mix of strategic thinking, operational and management, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills is required to lead an extraordinary team. This position is a salary base with monthly commissions based on performance metrics. Pilates membership, 401k after 6 months of employment, profit sharing available in the future. Serious inquiries only.

$42, $51,038.21 per year
