- Ensure subsystem and system designs are manufacturable, assessing build flow, process evaluation, and EBOM alignment.
- Translate design requirements and eBOMs into detailed work order planning, processes, and MBOMs, meeting Production Readiness Review (PRR) standards.
- Lead the Operations Program Manager team in tracking hardware order status and managing timelines for critical components.
- Contribute to PRR with evaluations on technology base, supply chain maturity, product design, cost estimation, material maturity, process capability, quality management, workforce readiness, and facilities adequacy.
- Work on-site at Port Canaveral, FL, with potential travel to Kent, WA. Flexibility to work across 1st or 2nd shifts may be required.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
- 5 to 15+ years of experience in manufacturing process planning, operation sequencing, and NPI project management.
- Proficiency in process documentation, machining, fabrication, and advanced manufacturing planning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and MES software.
- Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
- MBA or Project Management certification (PMP).
- Experience with CREO, Windchill, and predictive assembly process storyboard development.
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes, including metal fabrication, machining, and testing.
