- Work closely with welding engineers, automation engineers, and operators to tackle challenges in process implementation and monitoring.

- Lead manufacturing projects and drive operational enhancements.
- Provide production support and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate system integration and design manufacturing processes.
- Execute time-motion studies and analyze data to improve operations.
- Develop queries for tracking performance and participate in safety initiatives.
- Contribute to building one of the world's largest rockets, NEW GLENN.
- BS in Operations Research, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience
- Expertise in manufacturing planning and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Operations or Construction Management, MSE or MBA
- Experience in manned space flight production and project management
- Certifications in Six Sigma and Project Management
- Hands-on experience with materials and supply chain management
