    Accounting Analyst Sr - Regulated Financial Reporting

    Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr Accounting Analyst - Regulated Financial Reporting to join their team

    As a Senior Accounting Analyst this person will bring expertise to bear in preparing and reviewing financial data critical for both internal decision-making and external reporting.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with team members to identify, review, and research issues affecting the accuracy and completeness of accounting data within designated areas of responsibility; propose solutions and recommendations.
    • Prepare and respond to reports, ad hoc requests, and analyses.
    • Analyze complex business transactions.
    • Review account reconciliations prepared by external vendors and investigate outstanding items.
    • Assist in drafting disclosures for inclusion in SEC Forms 10K and 10Q, including financial statement footnotes and Management Discussion and Analysis.
    • Prepare and review quarterly and annual FERC Form 3Q and Form 2 filings.
    • Prepare XBRL tagging.
    Required Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major with a strong accounting focus required, along with a minimum of six (6) years of multifaceted experience in a related field.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial accounting skills, including consolidations.
    Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
    • CPA preferred.
    • Oil and Gas Experience.
