    Job Description

    Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist focused on managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This position will be fully in office and will be on a contract basis.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Facilitate new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Address employee relations issues, investigate complaints, and mediate conflicts.
    • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems.
    • Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
    • Liaise with benefit providers and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.
    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as a Generalist.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    Hours:
    • Monday through Friday
    • 9:00am-5:00pm

    Pay Details: $31.00 to $36.00 per hour
