- Lead go-to-market plans that are synced with business & revenue goals and aligned with pipeline generation targets
- Ensure go-to-market readiness by producing product collateral, case studies, customer videos, website content, and other assets that support campaign and sales enablement efforts
- Define and evolve product positioning, branding, and messaging in cooperation with product management
- Develop campaign and content briefs that address

- Maintain expert understanding of target industries including restaurant, hospitality, retail, and other industries reliant on hourly workforce
- Define and articulate impactful value propositions around Fourth complete offerings
- Work closely with Sales and Product teams to establish market requirements that inform future product strategy and direction
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Journalism, or related field required.
- MUST have strong content creation and copywriting skills
- 7+ years related work experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Roll up your sleeves and fill in gaps when needed
- Restaurant or Hospitality industry experience, either in operations or technology support, a plus
- Strong ability to translate and effectively communicate unique technology into customer-relevant value proposition
- Strong cross-functional and collaborative mindset to represent the buyer's point of view with Marketing, Product, Sales, & Customer Success teams
- Extremely organized with excellent project management, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
