**The Team**

As a **Dealer Implementation Specialist** at Prodigy, you will help us create a seamless launch experience for our dealerships. You need to be excellent at managing projects to completion without dropping any details, but also need to have a strong presence to help guide our customers through the process. This is an incredible opportunity get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing team and help us build it out

***Position Location*** **-** This role is available in the following locations: Remote, Austin

***Time Zone Requirements*** **-** This team operates on both East/West Coast time zones.

***Travel Requirements -*** This team has regular on-site collaboration sessions. These occur 3 days per Month at the Austin office. If you need to travel to make these meetups, Upstart will cover all travel related expenses.

**How youll make an impact:**

Onboard new dealership customers on the Prodigy tool

Partner with Sales and Customer Success on new dealership launches, ensuring clear understanding and documentation of the customer KPIs, goals, timelines, and requirements, striving to delight while keeping expectations in check

Facilitate User training of the final customer solution as needed

Ensure successful project wrap-up and transition to ongoing Support, both in relation to the Customers experience, and internal communication and documentation

Keep key stakeholders informed of statuses and changes, and escalate issues or misalignments throughout the business as necessary

Define and recommend processes and procedures to facilitate better service delivery to Clients

**What were looking for:**

Minimum requirements:

+ 1-3 years experience managing successful implementations for SaaS clients, ideally in a startup environment where you help to define processes for ongoing success

+ Focused, strategic, and driven project manager with an organized and collaborative approach

+ Proven ability to manage multiple, customer-facing projects simultaneously

+ Experience collaborating across multiple teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering, driving efficient completion of deliverables, while identifying opportunities for improvement and effectively communicating as much

+ Team player with strong presentation and communication skills, self-confidence, enthusiasm and an independent work approach

+ Curious by nature, enthusiastic problem solver, and strives to solve things in an efficient and scalable way

+ This role involves the direct configuration of products for new customers; the right candidate will possess a general technical aptitude and must be comfortable working in multiple systems

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience in automotive technology is a plus
