    Description

    Are you an experienced marketer seeking a new opportunity at a company that prioritizes work-life balance and nurtures a positive environment? Our successful advertising agency partner is in search of a skilled Account Supervisor to oversee daily marketing strategies for their clients.

    As part of this role, you will play a vital role in supporting Account Directors and actively proposing solutions to Account Managers to meet client requirements across various marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand presence. You will excel at grasping clients' objectives and tactics, ensuring that content and creative teams are well-informed to deliver exceptional outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Effectively lead and coordinate a diverse range of strategies (print, digital, web, media, event/tradeshow, PR, etc.) from conception to execution
    • Engage in transparent and concise communication with clients through multiple channels (regular meetings, emails, calls, in-person) to maintain strong relationships
    • Create forms, presentations, and proposals that ignite client interest, foster trust, and promote collaboration with creative teams
    • Collaborate with Project Management to establish and oversee precise estimates, budgets, and timelines
    • Work closely with Creative and Content teams to facilitate progress and ensure timely delivery while providing necessary resources for requested tasks
    • Coordinate with Accounting/Finance for accurate and seamless billing procedures
    • Cultivate deep client relationships built on trust, transparency, and mutual growth
    • Advocate for the agency's interests in dealings with clients, industry affiliates, and suppliers
    • Ensure adherence to all agency regulations and protocols

    Required Skills:

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in advertising or relevant field
    • 3-5+ years of pertinent experience in marketing or advertising sectors
    • Demonstrated self-motivation and a commitment to achieving excellence
    • Attention to detail to maintain precision and completeness in communications and projects
    • Proficiency in approaching all interactions with consideration, empathy, and a mindset focused on growth
    • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities
    • Taking responsibility for individual tasks to fruition and providing dependable support within team endeavors
    • Ability to anticipate requirements and proactively assume responsibilities to ensure successful task completion
    • Possession of business acumen (financial, marketing, and strategic) to engage effectively with internal teams and clients
    • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities (verbal, written, and listening) for top-tier client service and cooperation
    • Enthusiasm and readiness to thrive as part of a highly functional team
    • Willingness to travel as necessary
