- Oversee and assist team with assigned clients and their employees with phone and email inquiries regarding HR needs.
- Oversee and assist team in utilizing onboarding protocols for new hires and ensuring all paperwork is filled out and filed accurately.
- Oversee and assist team in responding to client and employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Oversee and assist team in providing support in human resources through areas such as new hire paperwork administration, employee evaluation tracking, background checks, drug screens, etc.
- Oversee and assist team with employee relations issues in a professional and confidential manner.
- Oversee and assist team with payroll entry for designated clients by reviewing employee changes, timecards and other pertinent information affecting the payroll process.
- Oversee and assist team in keeping designated clients HRIS account up to date and accurate.
- Take a proactive approach to foreseeing issues for clients and providing suggestions.
- Perform work free from error and within timeline and ensure team does so as well.
- Maintain employee and vendor files accurately and ensure team does so as well.
- Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential and ensure team does so as well.
- Attend weekly meetings as assigned and conduct regularly scheduled team meetings and one-on-ones.
- Attend client meetings virtually and in person as needed.
- Client management.
- Create and execute training and support to team members.
- Level up team by identifying areas of strength and providing training in areas of weakness.
- Supervise and manage team PTO and timekeeping.
- Oversee and assist team with verifications of employment.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate and present information effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems including payroll, benefits, and human resources a plus.
- Deals effectively with others in antagonistic situations, using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing a team.

The role of the HR Account Coordinator Supervisor is to oversee and assist the HR Account
Coordinator team as they provide HR consulting functions including employee onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and related activities for assigned clients and their employees. Providing exceptional customer service, trouble shooting and attention to detail are key components to success in this position. The successful candidate will have a passion for the small business community and thrive in providing quality HR solutions to a variety of business types as well as have an entrepreneur mindset to succeed in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.
