Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, Project Management Engineers oversee and drive engineering projects from conception to completion. PMEs lead multi-discipline project teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects within scope, schedule, and budget while upholding the client service and quality standards. Serves as the Prime engineering firm for their customers' (EPC firms) projects from design through construction (Electrical in-house, Civil and Structural subcontracted).

•Execution and performance of assigned projects, providing regular insight into team performance and project status.

•Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects (typically between 2-4 active projects), serving as the single Point of Contact and interface between the client, subcontractors, and a multi-discipline design team.

•Develop and nurture relationships with clients and facilitate company/client relationships.

•Establish priorities and deadlines on project deliverables and drive the project team accordingly.

•Track project status, milestones, and KPIs for all projects within purview; provide regular project and client status updates to supervisor.

•Consistently assess project progress and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks and obstacles.

•Utilize project management tools to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs)

•Review and facilitate technical reviews of proposals, associated SOWs, and project data rooms; provide feedback on scope, schedule, and budget in support of proposal development.

•Coordinate with discipline leadership and the PME team to select project teams for projects.

•Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the PME team.
