    Welcome to the Business Transformation Team at Scale

    We are expanding our Business Transformation team to enhance processes and systems for Scale's growth. This team focuses on refining strategic, financial, and operational decisions by collaborating with the leadership to drive key initiatives at Scale.

    The Business Transformation team will be instrumental in ensuring that our Go to Market (GTM), Finance, and Accounting teams have the necessary insights, tools, and processes to operate efficiently. As the Go to Market Systems Manager, you will spearhead transformative projects and applications, working closely with various departments to enhance our existing capabilities through refining business processes and automations. Your role will involve developing applications like Salesforce, SalesforceGov, and CaptivateIQ, as well as leading integrations with GTM systems.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Establishing processes to guide how the team approaches GTM systems interactions
    • Collaborating with leaders across different departments to create scalable solutions
    • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and transparency
    • Working with cross-functional teams to set and maintain a GTM Systems roadmap
    • Driving the company's GTM systems and automation strategy
    • Documenting workflows and maintaining process inventory
    • Owning the end-to-end process for all GTM Systems
    • Implementing control best practices for system access and security

    What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in GTM systems and processes
    • Knowledge of GTM system technologies like Salesforce, Outreach, and Hubspot
    • Experience in process improvement and organizational transformation
    • Agile mindset for iterative problem-solving

    At Scale, compensation packages for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. Salaries are based on factors like location, skills, and experience. Eligible employees also receive equity compensation, subject to approval. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, learning stipends, and generous PTO. Further perks such as commuter stipends may also apply to certain roles.
