    Description
    Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


    Performs and analyzes financial modeling, trends and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, and cost against budget, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning, strategic planning and expense comparisons.

    Comments on monthly financial statements, maintains and develops a region-specific KPI cockpit.

    Submits, structures data related to short- and long-term financial forecasts in the Corporate applications


    Develops/Maintains a relevant KPI cockpit that is in line with the tactical- and strategic regional business goals of the commercial organization.


    Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.

    May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit, division or group.

    Acts as liaison to the divisional FP&A Diabetes and Controllership team in regards of financial submissions.

    Oversees the field sales commission calculation process.

    Prepares reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management.

    Manages two direct reports- planning, prioritizing and / or directing their responsibilities and coaching and developing the team.


    MUST HAVE:

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 5+ years) plus 5+ years of progressive leadership experience
