Our client is a fast-growing RIA and wealth manager ($X0B ) that is seeking to add a finance manager and leader to their team.

This is a newly created position due to the growth and highly acquisitive environment that the company operates in.


What you'll be doing:
Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and review financial statementsAssist in the preparation and presentation of financial results to BOD, executive leadership and across applicable business unitsOversee potential acquisitions and assist with full M&A lifecycle Implement and ensure compliance with companies fiscal policies and business processesImprove and create new KPI metrics, financial modeling, and dashboardsPerform financial analysis to measure business performance, and explain variances to budget and forecasts within business trends What you'll need:Experience working with Netsuite software is a plus (implementation in FY24)

Understanding of full P&L and 3 financial statementsPrior FP&A experience and experience leading a finance department | M&A exposure a plus Prior industry experience in the WAM realm is not required Experience with data analytics platforms is a plus, such as:
