    Description
    Essential Duties And Responsibilities

    Analyzes data requests and programmatic challenges and proposes appropriate solutions.

    Monitors all system's operation and installed software applications for potential problems and performs appropriate corrective actions.

    Writes, reviews, and maintains documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, installation, changes, and corrections.

    Perform maintenance and resolve problems with minimal downtime.

    Design and program new and existing programs for company ERP System.

    Develop the full stack, include screens, program, and database.

    Work with business team to develop solutions to increase productivity and efficiency.

    Write user and system documentation.


    Supports the company's Computer Operator when required by performing selected duties, including distributing company reports and files, managing system back-ups, data entry, picking and invoicing customer orders, and documenting procedures.

    Make changes to software programs and hardware as needed to resolve issues and make improvements.

    Communication Skills

    Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

    Oral Communication

    Demonstrate group and individual presentation skills.

    Project Management:

    Strong project management skills with effective results focus within an information systems environment to include: develop project plans; coordinate projects; communicate changes and progress; complete.

    IBM AS400 CL, RPGIII, RPG IV and RPGLE programming skills

    MS SQL & Reporting Services

    Previous experience with ERP systems (BPCS or SAP) a plus

    Intermediate knowledge of Accounting, Distribution, and Manufacturing processes

    Education & Experience Required

    Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.


    Minimum of 5 years of technology experience with at least 3 years of hands-on technical experience in a related field.
