    TITLE: Sr. Analyst / Intelligence Specialist (Digital Health)

    POSITION TYPE: Full Time (W2)

    WHO we're looking for:

    We are looking for an Sr. Analyst / Intelligence Specialist focused on Digital Health who will identify and incubate innovative ideas and breakthrough technology to launch innovative research projects that will transform the future of healthcare and accelerate consumer digital health offerings.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Identify key emerging technologies and/or new research areas that can advance health focused research and product development effort.
    • Demonstrate domain expertise in digital health and conduct ongoing research on market & technology trends, and university research to influence R&D focus and generate key insights to explore strategic research directions and initiatives.
    • Work with internal groups to identify and collect 1st-hand information, summarize and publish technology sensing/insights reports in a timely manner.
    • Navigate the various advances in the core technology for digital health including, but not limited to, digital biomarker & prognosis, software-as-a-medical device (SaMD), detection, classification, and intervention of various conditions, biosensors, AI/ML and more.
    • Foster relationships with external partners and universities to find breakthrough innovations and effectively communicate team's vision and value proposition for further collaboration.

    Required Experience and Education:

    • 7+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 3+ years as an analyst, management consulting or product innovation in the Digital Health domain.
    • Bachelor's Degree in technology, business administration or equivalent is strongly preferred; Post-graduate (MS, PhD or MBA) degree is a plus.
    • Familiarity with digital diagnostics, therapeutics, clinical decision support, hospital at home, and/or age tech.
    • Have a working knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience curating, analyzing, and generating healthcare and wellness reports.
    • Excellent written & oral communication, experienced in producing highly effective presentations to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

    While performing the duties of this job, the contract employee is occasionally required to stand, clean, crawl, kneel, sit, sort, hold, squat, stoop, stand, twist the body, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders and scaffolding, talk or hear, and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

    Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
