Description:

Financial Analyst:
Own and manage an OpEx area within Retail business.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Partnering: Drive deep collaboration with business partners and act as a strategic partner for the leadership by sharing data driven insights to evaluate key investment opportunities and support tactical / strategic business decisions
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Define financial KPIs for the business, develop data and reporting capabilities to track those KPIs and conduct regular financial reviews to share insights with Business leadership and ensure effective cost management
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop financial models, annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts for the business by understanding key cost drivers and analyzing historical trends;
Identify risks and opportunities in the Plan/ forecast; Conduct variance analysis between Plan, Forecast and Actuals; Support FP&A by providing inputs for the monthly / quarterly / annual P&L planning activities o

Project Management:
Identify and drive process improvement, efficiency enhancement and cost saving projects by collaborating with cross-functional business teams and influencing leadership to execute recommendations o Support monthly / quarterly financial closing activities in collaboration with Accounting teams by preparing Accrual JVs, performing Actuals vs Forecast reconciliation, and doing expense re-class and re-allocation; Also manage Purchase Orders to ensure timely payment to vendors Retail Compliance

  • Review all Retail Out of Policy trips through Travel.
  • Review all Retail meeting requests through Meetings & Events.
  • Own Retail Air Travel Dashboard for teams to track spend and declined savings.
  • Manage and update Trip Approval process with M&E including thresholds, routing and policy.

Rate Range:
$50/hr on W2 to $55/hr on W2
