Moffett 'Pearse Partners is collaborating with a leading Global Investment Bank to recruit an Analyst for their global Chemicals team.

This is a newly created position within the team, as they continue to expand their international transaction portfolio.


Role Requirements:
Support the execution of transactions in the Chemicals sector
Develop and utilize various financial models and valuation methods
Prepare and review materials such as investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitch-books
Conduct due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation for live transactions


Qualifications:
~ 1-4 years of M&A experience from an Investment Bank or Big 4 firm
~ Strong proficiency in Financial Modelling
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills'
